Dr Anuradha Tiwari is working as a Principal at Dr Kailasnath Katju Law College, Ratlam (MP). She holds Fourth Merit position in BSL LLB 5YDC from BAMU (Aurangabad, Maharashtra), LLM from SRTMU (Nanded, Maharashtra) & Ph.D. from Vikram University Ujjain (MP) under the registration and supervision of Govt. Law College Ujjain. Her doctorial work on Preamble its relationship with Parliamentary Democracy, and Privileges and Anti- Defection Mechanism.

Before joining Dr. Kailasnath Katju Law College, Ratlam she served as a faculty of Nanded Law College Maharashtra, R.N.T. Law College, Chittorgarh (Raj) and Gyan Mandir Law College, Neemuch M.P. She is teaching Criminal Laws at under- graduate and Constitutional Law post-graduate levels.

She is working as a Chairman Board of Studies in Vikram University Ujjain (MP) constituted by Vice-Chancellor Vikram University Ujjain (MP). She has engaged as a Research Guide/ Supervisor appointed by Vice-Chancellor Vikram University, Ujjain.

She has worked as a JPSC expert of Public Service Examination.

She has nominated by Hon’ble Governor of State of Karnataka as a Member of Expert Scrutiny Committee to Scrutinize the proposal made by the Syndicate for shortlisting the candidates for the award of Honoris Causa Doctorate in the 6th Convocation of Karnataka State Law University, Hubballi.

She has been associated with Sunidhi Committee constituted by the Collector District Ratlam (MP) as a free legal advisor for the female cases.

She has visited to Supreme Court of India with student team for observation of trial of Kasab and Decriminalization of Homo-sexual relationship in India.

She has lectured on various criminal law related issues at different forums like M.P. Con, District Industrial Kendra (Jila Udyog Kendra) Sikhwal Sikhshan Sansthan Nyas, R.N.T. University Bhopal (MP) and B.N. University Udaipur (Raj).

She has published 10 Articles in International Journal and presented several papers in National and International conferences. Her areas of interest are criminal law, criminal justice, access to justice and juvenile justice. She has played a role as a Resource Person in National Seminar.

She has organised a National Seminar on current issue New Criminal Laws of India; Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023, Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 and Bhartiya Sakshya Adhiniyam 2023 on 20th and 21st July 2024.

There are Eight candidates registered under her supervision for Doctor of Philosophy Research Programme in Vikram University Ujjain (MP)

She is a research examiner and played role as an external examiner of Ph.D. Degree examination. She has nominated as an external examiner in Seven Universities at State and other State; Govt. and Autonomous both.

DR. JITENDRA SHARMA, Dr. Jitendra Sharma is an Assistant Professor of Law at Dr. K.N.K Law College, Ratlam, where he also earned his LL.B. degree in 2002, and LL.M. degree in 2017. He has a multidisciplinary academic background, holding degrees in Science (B.Sc.), Science (M.Sc.), M.A., M.Phil. And Ph.D. in Political Science. Dr. Sharma has extensive teaching experience, having served as a guest faculty member in several Government Colleges across Ujjain division. He has also received “C” certificate in NCC (National Cadet Corps), showcasing his commitment to leadership and community service.

Dr. Sona Nagar is an Assistant Professor of Law at Dr. K.N.K Law College, Ratlam. She has published multiple research papers in various referred journals and conferences, showcasing her expertise in the field. In addition to her academic achievements, Dr. Nagar has also excelled in sports and music. She is a national-level player in Malkhamb, representing Vikram University in university competitions and winning accolades for her skills. She has also earned a degree in music. Furthermore, Dr. Nagar has had the privilege of interning with the Indian Parliament, gaining valuable experience in the workings of the legislative body.
